Shahmoon & Ellisen LLP’s Technology Transactions practice advises entreprenuers, start-ups and established tech companies on all legal aspects of their technology transactions. We have extensive experience helping technology companies at all stages of their growth cycle – from start-up, to angel and VC financing rounds, to more complex transactions. We also act as outside general counsel, advising tech clients on day-to-day legal issues, including employment, compliance and regulatory matters.

S&E helps tech clients create, structure, negotiate and implement technology transactions, and assists on other e-commerce, internet and technology law matters. S&E advises clients in the acquisition, development, protection and commercialization of intellectual property and technology. We also structure and negotiate technology partnerships, R&D deals, licensing arrangements, and marketing arrangements.

Eli Shahmoon has specific legal experience working inside leading technology companies, including acting as general counsel to the Lime Group, maker of Limewire peer-to-peer software, and Pokerwize, an internet poker website.
